Hi! I'm Ruth Martinez, a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth. My approach is integrative, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
